The Prefect of Naples, Michele di Bari, recently sent to the local administrators of the metropolitan area of Naples the update of the reporting procedures of students who do not comply with compulsory school attendance, prepared by the Regional School Office for Campania.
The update, motivated by the innovations introduced by the Caivano decree, is aimed at combating juvenile distress and deviance through interventions in favor of young people. The prefect recommended compliance with the new procedures in a context of fruitful inter-institutional collaboration.
