A trader of Pomigliano d'Arco was again caught serving alcohol to minors, despite having already been fined and reported just a few months earlier for the same behavior.
The agents of the Local Police, led by Colonel Emiliano Nacar, during a weekend check in the nightlife area, caught the owner red-handed while serving alcohol to minors.
In addition to the new complaint and administrative sanction, this time the Municipality has decided to close the premises for 30 days as a more severe measure. The checks, coordinated by Lieutenant Andrea D'Ambrosio, were concentrated in the historic centre of the city and led to numerous fines for various infractions, including the illegal occupation of public land, the use of unauthorised signs, and the employment of a worker without a regular contract.
In addition, 13 illegally parked vehicles were removed. During the operations, an illegal parking attendant near the Palazzetto dello Sport was also reported, and one person was reported for violating the obligations of special surveillance.
These interventions are part of the regular activities of the Local Police to ensure safety and public order, with particular attention to areas frequented by young people, in order to combat illegality and maintain urban decorum.
