On May 6, 2014, the first season of “Gomorra – The Series,” based on an idea by Roberto Saviano, debuted on Sky. With 58 episodes and a highly successful film (“L'immortale”, a link between the fourth and fifth seasons, directed by Marco D'Amore and written by Leonardo Fasoli, Maddalena Ravagli, Marco D'Amore, Francesco Ghiaccio, Giulia Forgione), “Gomorra” has become a dark epic that has conquered the world starting from the streets of the suburbs of Naples, the scene of bloody struggles for power, money, love and death.

And now “Gomorrah” is getting ready to return: Sky Studios and Cattleya are working on a prequel that will tell the story of the criminal rise of boss Pietro Savastano, from street kid to ruthless leader of Naples, with a screenplay by Leonardo Fasoli and Maddalena Ravagli.
