From the wall, the 38-year-old pulled out a small package. He didn't have time to move away before the carabinieri blocked his path.
In the package there were 97 grams of cocaine, already divided into small doses. A pretty good haul that would have brought in a lot of money at retail.
Cannavacciuolo ended up in handcuffs, before he could cash in on the drugs he had for dealing purposes. He is now in prison, awaiting trial.
