Napoli. Salvatore Alfano, 44enne già noto alle forze dell’ordine, è stato nuovamente vittima di un agguato a Napoli. L’episodio, avvenuto nella notte tra venerdì e sabato in via Correra, nella zona del Cavone ha visto l’uomo ferito da colpi d’arma da fuoco esplosi da due malviventi in sella a uno scooter.
According to an initial reconstruction, Alfano was returning home when he was reached by the hitmen. The investigations, coordinated by the Public Prosecutor's Office of Naples, are focusing on the trail of old settling of scores.
Last night's ambush is not the first for Alfano. Already in January 2023 he had been wounded with seven stab wounds to the abdomen and back on the same street and despite the severity of the wounds he managed to save himself. His current conditions, although serious, do not raise concerns for life.
Alfano, had returned to Naples, after having moved to the province of Avellino, following the fibrillations between the Camorra clans of Cavone: in the past he had been linked to the Festa criminal gang.
The new ambush is a worrying signal for investigators. Those in charge of the criminal scene in the area evidently do not like Alfano's presence in the area.
