The preliminary hearing for the case of a man accused of stealing accounting records in the context of the failure of RS Service Srl, a company operating in Mirabella Eclano.
The defendant, a former administrator and liquidator of the company, is defended by the lawyer Michele Ciruolo. The Public Prosecutor has requested the indictment, believing that Russo Alberico stole books and accounting documents between June 29, 2018 and November 4, 2019, the date on which the company was declared bankrupt.
According to the prosecution, this action was carried out to cause harm to creditors. The injured party in the proceedings is the bankruptcy trustee of RS Service Srl.
