On suspicion of an extramarital affair, a woman from Scampia was subjected to a series of threats and stalking – by her husband and six other people – culminating in a robbery and a violation of her home.
For the woman, life had become hell, but today five of the seven molesters were arrested and the other two were banned from approaching the 'offended person'. According to the scant information provided, the investigations, conducted by the officers of the Police Station Scampia and coordinated by the District Anti-Mafia Directorate, have made it possible to ascertain how the woman, wife of one of the suspects, was "subjected to multiple harassing and threatening behaviors", which caused her "a deep state of anxiety and fear for herself and her children"; behaviors "culminating in a robbery and a violation of the domicile against the woman, who was suspected of having an extramarital relationship". The DDA therefore requested and obtained from the investigating judge precautionary measures against the seven suspects, accused to varying degrees of robbery, stalking and violation of domicile.
