A clash over a disputed woman was the reason for what happened yesterday morning in via Argine, in the eastern area of Napoli, where a 21-year-old driving a car hit a 24-year-old riding an electric bike.
Initially, the investigators' hypothesis was that the two had had a romantic relationship that had lasted two years and that the young man driving the car had not accepted the end of their relationship.
Subsequent investigations by the Carabinieri of the Poggioreale company revealed that in reality there had never been a romantic relationship between the two, but that the real reason for the investment was linked to a woman who interested both of them.
The 21-year-old who was hit was transported to Ospedale del Mare, from which he was discharged with a 10-day prognosis.
The 21-year-old was arrested for attempted murder and taken to prison, awaiting trial.
