“After the TAR ruling, at the beginning of November, we had the pleasure of a visit from the mayor Manfredi and the municipal council to underline the closeness and collaboration with San Gregorio Armeno, for the defense of Neapolitan nativity scene art”, declares the president of the Botteghe di San Gregorio Armeno, Vincenzo Capuano.
“On that occasion we could not fail to report some critical issues regarding road safety in view of Christmas, but above all, in order to prevent potential flooding that would put the health of citizens and tourists at risk, we requested an urgent cleaning of the sewers adjacent to the area of San Gregorio Armeno and Piazza San Gaetano.
Being a very narrow road, and after the reports from the Multirisk Center of the Campania Region on the hydrogeological risk we are running in this period, we learned that the Municipality immediately took action to start an extraordinary cleaning of the rainwater drainage network in San Gregorio Armeno.
I would therefore like to thank the mayor Manfredi, the councilors Edoardo Cosenza and Teresa Armato, and finally the president of the IV municipality Maria Caniglia for the intervention to secure the street that will be the busiest in Naples during the upcoming Christmas period” – concludes Capuano.
