Yesterday a group of disabled children visited the Marine Protected Area Campanella Point. The initiative, promoted by the Rotary Club Napoli Posillipo of President Luigi Morgera, was immediately welcomed by the President and the Director of the Marine Park, Lucio Cacace and Lucio De Maio.

Accompanied by Luca Urro and Carmela Guidone aboard the Gozzo “Punta Campanella”, the kids were able to admire the beauty of the coast, the most valuable areas of the Marine Protected Area and listen to the characteristics that make it unique and important for its rich biodiversity, in addition to the various projects carried out by the managing body for its protection.

In the evening, moreover, at the Antico Francischiello in Massa Lubrense, the Director of the Park, Lucio De Maio, spoke at a meeting promoted by the Rotary Club Sorrento to talk about projects and the future of the Marine Protected Area with the president of the Rotary Alfredo Ciccodicola and with the oceanographer Giancarlo Spezie, former member of the Board of Directors of the Punta Campanella MPA.
