Yesterday morning, the State Police arrested a 71-year-old Neapolitan man pursuant to a concurrent sentence determination order.

It is incredible to think that a person can commit crimes for so long without being stopped first. I hope that justice takes its course and that this does not happen again in the future.
I think it is right that there are penalties for those who commit crimes, but I wonder if 9 years are enough to repair the damage done. Society must also recover people and not just punish them.
