Six young people reported, with 200 people and 90 vehicles checked and numerous traffic violations issued: this is the result of the checks at Aversa (Caserta) carried out by the Carabinieri during the movida.
Ten patrols from stations dependent on the Aversa Carabinieri Group, coordinated by the local Company, were deployed on the streets; personnel from the Caserta Local Health Authority and soldiers from the 10th Campania Carabinieri Regiment also took part.
The patrols were deployed at strategic points in the area, near the main youth gathering places and along the main roads in the Aversa countryside. In particular, a young man from Cardito was reported for attempting to defraud an elderly person, while another was stopped and reported near an ATM, where he was attempting to make a fraudulent withdrawal with a stolen debit card.
The Carabinieri then reported an illegal parking attendant and another young man for setting off fireworks, an act carried out - it emerged - to intimidate the neighbors.
Bars and public places were then checked, where fines were issued for the lack and incorrect application of self-control systems based on the principles of the HACCP system (training for workers in the processing, handling and conservation of food). Also in Aversa, a 26-year-old was finally reported for theft of electricity.

It is important that checks have been made especially for the safety of people, but I wonder if it is enough to just fine without educating young people to behave more responsibly in the future. A change is needed.
I agree with you, but maybe fines are not effective enough. We need to think of better strategies to educate kids about the risks and consequences of their actions, otherwise they will continue to repeat the same mistakes.
Yes, it is true that change is needed, but parents must also do their part. If they do not educate their children well on how to behave in public and respect others, it will be difficult to solve the problem.
