Yesterday afternoon the agents of the General Prevention Office and the Montecalvario Police Station, during the territorial control service, while passing through Viale Dohrn, were approached by a visibly agitated woman, in the company of her two daughters, who reported that, shortly earlier, her ex-husband had threatened her with death by phone if she didn't let him see the girls immediately.
The police officers immediately accompanied the woman to the police headquarters in Napoli to file a complaint regarding the incident; shortly after, at the request of the Operations Centre, the operators went to the home of the victim's parents where the man had gone looking for his ex and their daughters.
The officers, who arrived on site, identified the reported man who, when asked to provide the documents useful for identification, refused and began to rail against them first verbally and then attacking them with kicks and punches but, not without difficulty and after a scuffle, he was blocked.
A 35-year-old Neapolitan with a police record was arrested for persecution, injury and resistance to a public official as well as reported for contempt of a public official.
