The State Police has arrested a man, born in 87, believed to be responsible for two thefts of cell phones from two tourists which took place on March 21 in Via dei Tribunali, in the area of Decumani.

The Flying Squad officers were able to identify the man and his accomplice thanks to the descriptions provided by the victims and the images from the surveillance cameras.
The suspect, already under house arrest, had disappeared but was later tracked down and taken to the Naples Poggioreale prison, where he remains detained awaiting the validation hearing.
This is a precautionary measure ordered during the preliminary investigation, which can be appealed. It is important to remember that the subject is presumed innocent until the final sentence.
