The Carabinieri of the Grazzanise Station, together with personnel from the Carabinieri Labor Inspectorate of Caserta, during a service aimed at combating the phenomenon of "undeclared work", carried out at a construction site located in Grazzanise, proceeded to report at liberty the legal representative of the construction company, as the workers of the aforementioned company had not been subjected to the required preventive medical examination.
During the inspection, 5 workers without a regular employment contract were also identified. The same, following checks, were found to be recipients of citizen's income, which is why they will be reported to INPS for the purpose of suspending the benefit.
Administrative sanctions were also imposed for failure to comply with regulations on irregular work, workplace safety and containment of the Covid-19 epidemiological emergency, for a total of 24.713,30 euros, as well as the suspension of business activity.
