Naples, fight between young girls amid the encouragement of friends. Borrelli (AVS): “Shameful propensity for violence, stadium-like cheering while two people are fighting is disconcerting.
“We have been notified of yet another video that was allegedly filmed in the Naples area in which two young girls violently beat each other up in the street, dragging each other on the ground and grabbing each other by the hair.
While a third person present at the fight tries to separate them, the kids present, instead, incite and cheer, encouraging one of the two duelists, in dialect, to break the other's head. I am speechless, among the very young there is a propensity for violence that makes your skin crawl.
I am shocked by the stadium-like cheering that develops while two people violently beat each other. For the new generations, serious reflection is needed, a cultural change of direction is needed to stop this dangerous drift of violence”.
This was stated by Francesco Emilio Borrelli, a member of the Alleanza Verdi Sinistra party who received the video from a citizen and forwarded it to the relevant authorities for appropriate checks and interventions.
