Naples. Lawyer Marco Muscariello is the new president of the Criminal Chamber of Naples. This morning the elections were held, which saw only one list candidate for the criminal chamber of Naples, among the most important in Italy.
With Marco Muscariello, also elected is the lawyer Maurizio Capozzo di Portici (former correspondent of Il Mattino) who will hold the position of secretary. The executive for the next two years will also include Maria Eusapia D'Anzi (treasurer), Carlo De Pascale, Mario Griffo, Luca Bancale, Onofrio Fioretto, Luciano Bisanti and Caterina Mondillo.
The college of arbitrators will be composed of Alfonso Furgiuele, Giovanni Battista Vignola and Pasquale Coppola. The voting took place in the offices of the Criminal Chamber of the Court of Naples.
"Our primary objective - say the members of the new Board - will be to bring together the entire class in the debate on the major issues that affect the criminal jurisdiction of the District. Fundamental is the resumption of the centrality of the Legal Profession in the dialogue with the heads of the judicial offices, in the common objective of making the jurisdiction increasingly efficient and effective in compliance with due process in one of the most important and prestigious Forums in the country". The new Board also expresses "thanks for the work carried out by the outgoing Board chaired by Marco Campora".
